Important Notice on Account Deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. Your personal profile, virtual credits, created Strategy Desks and community interactions will be erased or anonymised. Your simulated trade ledger is retained in anonymised form for audit and record-integrity purposes, and is no longer linked to you. Once processed, this action cannot be reversed.
Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the Mobile App
If you have the MinTraday Android app installed on your phone, you can delete your account immediately with real-time confirmation:
- Open the MinTraday app on your Android device and sign in.
- Tap your avatar in the top-right corner of the Home or Portfolio screen to open the app menu.
- Scroll to the Account & Settings section.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Read the warning prompt and tap "Permanently Delete Account" to confirm.
- The app sends the deletion to our servers and then signs you out. Your profile data is erased immediately.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Web Form
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your phone, you can submit an official account deletion request below. Our compliance system will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

In compliance with the Google Play User Data Policy, here is the exact schedule of what data is erased upon account deletion:
